Welcome to the Cork City Sports website. We were especially pleased last July to have once more promoted a major track & field meeting in Cork to celebrate the 57th. staging of the renowned Cork City Sports.

Thirty countries from all over the world were represented at Ireland's EAA Outdoor Permit Meeting. Many more world ranked athletes are expected to compete in Cork next July as the reputation of the country's only annual International Athletic Meeting has spread across the globe.  We are extremely pleased to be part of the Euromeetings programme and are already looking forward to a wonderful day of competition on 4th July.

We shall continue to use this website to keep the visitor informed about this year's event and profiles of athletes who have competed here in recent years as well as displaying details of Meeting Records, contact references, ticket bookings, etc. Please visit regularly to keep yourself informed.  The 58th Cork City Sports takes place at the Mardyke, Cork, on Saturday 4th July 2009, and is an official Euromeeting fixture.
