We’re thrilled to announce that Sean Lawton from Durrus AC has been named the Cork City Sports Athlete for the month of December. Sean’s exceptional victory at the National Under 19 cross country championship in Navan, County Meath, marked a significant milestone in his career as it was his first national cross country title. His outstanding performance caught the attention of selectors, earning him a well-deserved spot on the Irish Under 20 team for the Celtic International in Renfrew, Scotland, held this January.
