U.S. distance star, Ben True, ran the fastest 5000m in the world this year when winning at the famed Payton Jordan Invitational held at Stanford, California, in a career best of 13 mins.14.44secs.last weekend.
Ben True who is set to compete at the 62nd Cork City Sports on 2nd July gave an early indication of his spectacular 2013 form by finishing 6th. (leading non-African finisher ) at the recent World Cross Country Championships in Poland.
