Ryan Creech ( Leevale AC ) is the Cork City Sports Athlete of the Month for August. At the Antrim Coast Half-MarathonRyan Led the Irish Team home when finishing 6th in the Elite International Section of the race. Equally impressive was the time of 63min 26 seconds which was a big personal best for Ryan. This performance also put Ryan 0n top of the 2021 Irish Had Marathon rankings.
Tony O’Connell Chairman of Cork City Sports presented the award at a ceremony in the River Lee Hotel. The Award is sponsored by The Echo, The River Lee and Corks 96FM.
