Fearghal Curtin of Youghal AC is the Cork City Sports Cork Athlete
for the Month of December. Fearghal was selected as a result of his outstanding performance at the European Junior Cross Country Championships in Slovakia, where he led the Irish junior men’s team home finishing in a creditable 22nd position.
The award was accepted on Fearghal’s behalf by his father Noel as he is currently attending Charleston Southern University in the US on an athletics scholarship.
