December Athlete of the Month: Aoife Cooke

At an award ceremony in the River Lee Hotel Aoife Cooke (Youghal AC) was presented with the Cork City Sports Athlete for the month award for December.

Aoife was a very impressive winner of the women’s National Novice Cross Country title in Dundalk. In the process she lead Youghal AC and Cork to victories in the inter club and inter county contests respectively.
