The 2013 Cork City Sports is almost here. Athletes have been arriving since Saturday and the ones who have travelled long distances  from US, Japan, Africa, Australia & New Zealand have been acclimatising at the CIT track in pleasant sunshine.

The pre-meet reception in Collins Barracks is the sign that the City Sports is in final count down. At todays reception for the 2013 Cork City Sports International Athletics Meet were Brig. Gen Derry Fitzgerald with Members of the Cork City Sports Committee, Sponsors and International Athletes
