Cork City Sports committee are pleased to announce that the 2026 edition of the Cork City Sports International Athletics Meet will take place on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 at the MTU Athletics Stadium.
The World Athletics Continental Tour event will once again welcome many of the world’s leading athletes to Cork for an evening of elite track and field competition. Building on the strong momentum of recent years, the 2026 meet will continue to showcase top-class international sport while highlighting the outstanding support of the athletics community across Cork and Munster.
The committee are already working closely with partners, sponsors and World Athletics to deliver another exceptional meet that will inspire athletes and spectators alike.
