Fast Girls Heading For Cork
Confirmation has been received that that a number of world class elite international sprinters are heading to Cork for this years Cork City Sports to be held on Tuesday 8th July at the C.I.T. Athletic Stadium, Bishopstown.
Former US 100m champion, Barbara Pierre who has a personal best time of 10.85sec.for100m., fellow American, Cleo VanBuren a 11.10 sec.performer who finished third in Cork last year will return to Leeside and the much vaunted Belgian, Cynthia Bolingo will ensure that fast sprint times will again be recorded,at Ireland premier international track and field meeting next July.
