Entries are now open for the  Junior Women’s 1500m, Junior Men’s 1500m and Open Men’s 3000m event at the BAM Cork City Sports. 

Athletes interested in competing should email Craig Harrington
with name, club, year of birth and personal best. Craig will subsequently confirm the entry. 

A condition for entry to the Open 3000m is that the athlete does not have a personal best time faster than 8mins 30sec.
