Leevale AC athlete Alex Wright raced in the IAAF Race Walking Challenge in La Coruña, Spain tonight,  he walked 82.05 a massive PB well inside the qualifying standard for the 20K for both the World Championships and the 2016 Olympics in Rio.

Wright now has the qualifying standard for both the 20K & 50 walks in the World Championships & Olympics. It is great to have achieved these so early.
